What is a smash room?

A smash room, also known as a rage room, break room or anger room are part of a new emerging trend where you enter a room wearing safety equipment, smash an array of items and let off some steam. Think of it as a therapy session! 

Is it Safe?

We make it as safe as we possibly can. We supply you with overalls, gloves and face protection. All we ask is that you wear enclosed shoes. A First Aid Kit is on hand.

Where is SmashLAB Rage Room?

SmashLAB Rage Room is located inside C1 Speed Indoor Karting & Laser Tag 176-178 Princes Highway, Albion Park Rail, NSW, 2527

Entrance and parking via Hargraves Avenue.

What age do I have to be to smash things?

You must be 12 years of age or older to smash things. Participants under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to attend and remain on site for the duration of your visit.

How many people are allowed in the SmashLAB Room?

We allow up to four people in the SmashLAB room at any one time.

What do I wear & what safety equipment do I get?

Just wear your normal clothes. We supply you with full face protection, overalls & gloves. Remember you need to bring your own fully enclosed footwear. Please do not wear thongs, crocs, high heals etc. 

What do I smash?

You get to smash a range of items like; dinner plates, bowls, cups, mugs, flower vases, beer & wine bottles, ornaments and even items like washing machines, printers and other appliances. Items will change vary from time to time, depending on what we can get. 

Can I bring my own things to smash?

Of course! It must be approved by a staff member before you take it into the SmashLAB Room. Some items we suggest are old present from the ex, a picture of them or the old office printer that has been giving you hell for so long! Extra charges apply for bringing your own items to smash.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to; light bulbs, liquids, paint/aerosol cans or any items that contain poisonous or toxic substances within.
